Wow, time is passing really fast this year , for me.
One more month, I'll be blowing 18 candles ,
and another few weeks I'm going to carry school bag full of IB books.
What else more.. Hmm. Its my 4th month here btw . Haaah.
That's fast.
Oh ya, kuching fest , haha. Too bad, I'm not going this year, sadlife.
But its okay . Hehe. Fried ice creammmm .
Sort of miss kuching tho.
Kolo mee merah, open air sio bee, ding tea, papi & nanny's butterchickenwithrice&wheatgrassCpengggg and mostly kimbapppp.
I still can't find kimbap here , meh~
I should stop talking bout fooods, haha, talking bout foods, I cut down my meals.
From a plate of rice to a half bowl of rice . Good isnt it? Haha.
And whenever I'm hungry, no junk foods for me, just drink water or eat fruits ,
I've made some improvement, more fruits, more drinks, less rice, more veggies, meat still the same , less junk foods.
Do some workouts before bed.
Once a week go for a swim. I should go twice a week since my brother is coming back next week . Hopefully I can lose some fatsooooo .
